It requires engaging with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process from off-boarding houses to handing over keys, managing property maintenance, and collecting security deposits.

• Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to inform security deposit recovery decisions.

• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to maximize security deposit recoveries.

• End-to-end ownership of the cases until closure.
