The individual will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding loans, and maintaining customer relationships while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage overdue loan accounts to minimize financial risk.

• Contact customers via phone, email to recover outstanding debts.

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.

• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of collections and recovery activities.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on escalated cases.

• Prepare reports on delinquency trends and collection performance.

• Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory guidelines in debt collection processes.

• Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, proficient in Data Entry/Back Office, and should have 12th Pass. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.

• Integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
