We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain records related to ambulance services. The candidate must have strong Excel skills and be capable of handling data entry tasks efficiently.
Enter and update ambulance service records accurately.
Maintain databases, ensuring all data is organized and up to date.
Track and log details of ambulance dispatches, patient information, and service reports.
Use Excel spreadsheets to manage and analyze data effectively.
Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and service data.
Coordinate with ambulance staff and other departments for accurate data collection.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Data Entry, Sorting, Filtering).
Experience in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed and familiarity with data management systems.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Prior experience in healthcare or ambulance services is a plus.
