Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or systems

Verify accuracy of information before inputting

Maintain and organize files, records, and documents

Generate routine reports as needed

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely data submission

Perform regular backups and data cleaning

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data

Requirement Details

Education-High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred

Experience-1–2 years in data entry

Technical Skills-Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations

Typing Speed-35–40 words per minute (with high accuracy)

Work Style - Able to work independently and manage time effectively
