We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Executive with a strong background in working with Chartered Accountants (CA). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in data entry and be comfortable working with accounting and financial data. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the integrity of financial records and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update financial data, records, and documents in the database/system.
Assist Chartered Accountants in organizing and maintaining accounting records.
Verify data for discrepancies and correct errors in financial records.
Perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Generate financial reports and assist in data analysis as required.
Organize and manage accounting files and documents.
Coordinate with team members to resolve any data-related issues.
Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, specifically working with Chartered Accountants or in the finance sector.
Proficient in using accounting software, data entry tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Familiarity with financial terminology and accounting procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with accounting professionals.
