We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to enter and update data into our systems accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Input data into company databases and systems accurately and quickly.
Verify and correct data discrepancies.
Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Ensure confidentiality and security of data.
Communicate with other departments to resolve any data-related issues.
Prepare reports and generate data as needed.
Review and update existing data as required.
Assist in data cleansing and verification projects.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with data entry practices and principles.
Experience with database management and data entry software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
