We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our Purchase & Inventory Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering purchase-related data, verifying inventory demands, and assisting in procurement processes. This role requires a high level of accuracy, coordination, and efficiency in handling purchase orders, inward material records, and inventory checks.Key Responsibility:Enter and update purchase orders (PO) in the system based on sales team indent requests.Verify inventory levels and cross-check demand before processing purchase requests. Ensure accuracy of inward materials received and update the system accordingly. Match and verify purchased items with raised POs before clearing them. Assist in generating reports related to purchase entries and stock levels. Job Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/software systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Basic understanding of purchase and inventory management processes.Good communication and coordination skills.
