We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data across our systems and ensuring data integrity. This role is essential to our daily operations and requires someone who can work efficiently and with a high level of accuracy.
A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) with 100% accuracy is required.
Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or systems from various sources.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Update and maintain existing records with precision.
Perform regular data backups and verification tasks.
Assist with generating reports and supporting administrative duties.
Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
Meet daily and weekly deadlines with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 100% accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Comfortable working with data entry software and digital platforms.
