Data Entry Operator

• Data Entry and Management:

  • Perform data entry for all blocks in the assigned CFL Centre.

  • Enter field training and activity data by inputting text-based and numerical information from documents received from Block Functionaries (BF) and District Coordinators (DC) on a daily basis.

  • Conduct a primary review of data received from BF and DC for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities if possible.

  • Call attendees of each training conducted by DC and BF of the assigned centre for feedback/review and record that data in the desired format.

• Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations as instructed by the operations manager, and perform backup operations for the CFL Centre.

  • Store field activity pictures, videos, press reports, linkage evidence, and other centre-level multimedia data in designated locations.

  • Scan documents and print files when needed.

  • Properly store and file all physical documents at the designated location in coordination with the DC.

  • Maintain all kinds of registers as described in the Operations Process.

• Centre Maintenance:

  • Ensure the CFL Centre is well-maintained and hygienic.
