Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Transport Logistics Location: Chengalpattu and Orgadam ( near Daimler , Renault)Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Management: Accurately input vehicle dispatch details, dealer allocations, and transport schedules into company logistics system. Tracking & Coordination: Maintain records of vehicle movements from factory to dealer, ensuring real-time updates.Input & Output Documentation:Input: Vehicle production details, transport schedules, carrier information, and dealer requests.Output: Delivery confirmations, transport reports, stock availability updates, and compliance documentation.Error Checking & Validation: Verify data accuracy, cross-check transport logs, and resolve discrepancies.Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on vehicle dispatch, delays, and inventory status.Communication & Coordination: Liaise with transport teams, dealers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth logistics operations.Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to car company data security policies and transport regulations.Qualifications & Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data management tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.Experience in logistics, car companies or transport operations is preferred.Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external vendors.contact :- aren.hr1@gmail.com, 7305131399
