We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator cum Admin Executive to manage data entry tasks and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data accurately, maintaining files and records, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Data Entry:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the database or spreadsheets.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Generate reports as needed.
Administration:
Handle office filing and documentation tasks (physical and digital).
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Support the HR or operations team with administrative tasks.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, or company functions.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Admin Executive.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fast typing speed with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Educational Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
Experience with office management software or ERP tools.
Familiarity with basic HR or accounting procedures is a plus.
Knowledge of data confidentiality and office protocols.
