Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into company systems and databases.

• Review data for errors or deficiencies and correct any incompatibilities.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

• Verify entered data with source documents.

• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry (Freshers can also apply if skilled).

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks under deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills.

Shift Timing:

• 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: ₹ 12000 to 15000
