We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. Enter data into internal databases, spreadsheets, or systems from source documents within time limits.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities.
Maintain accurate records of valuable company information.
Verify and update existing data as required.
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an advantage.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk, typist, or relevant office experience.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (mention specific WPM if applicable).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of databases and data systems.
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zoho).
Knowledge of administrative procedures.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
