We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems.Verify the accuracy of data before entering it.Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Prepare and sort documents for data entry.Generate reports and perform basic analysis as needed.Ensure data is backed up and stored securely.Follow company policies and data integrity standards.Requirements:Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.Excellent typing speed and accuracy (preferably 40+ WPM).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with ERP systems or CRM platforms.Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Knowledge of office equipment like printers and scanners.
