The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of documents submitted for various processes. This role involves reviewing legal, financial, and personal documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Document Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of submitted documents (e.g., IDs, financial statements, contracts, legal papers) for authenticity, completeness, and compliance.
Compliance Checks: Ensure that all documents meet company and regulatory requirements.
Data Entry: Input verified data into systems and ensure that records are updated accurately.
Communication: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, or other departments to obtain missing documents or clarification when necessary.
Documentation Handling: Safeguard sensitive information and handle all documents in a confidential manner.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on document verification status and escalate any discrepancies or concerns.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to streamline document verification processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Audit Support: Assist with audits and provide required documentation for review.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in document management, law, or related fields is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in document verification, data entry, or a similar role preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in documents.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), document management software, and other office applications.
