🔍 Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Daily order processing, product listing, inventory management, and return handling on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

• Track order status and ensure smooth delivery operations.

• Handle customer queries and complaints related to orders via email/calls/chat.

• Maintain proper records and generate sales/stock reports as needed.

• Work closely with the marketing and design teams for product uploads and promotions.

• Manage day-to-day eCommerce backend operations smoothly.
  

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English (written & verbal).

• Good leadership qualities – able to handle team coordination and task management.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations will be preferred.
