Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are hiring an E-commerce Outbound Operations Executive to join us in Kalyan, Mumbai location. This role involves managing complete outbound, storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

Logistics & Shipping Management

Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

Monitor and update inventory regularly.

Job Requirements:

Candidates eligible for the role must have a graduate and 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
