Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to support our online retail operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our eCommerce platforms. As an eCommerce Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in product listing management, order fulfillment, online marketing campaigns, and maintaining the overall performance of the online store. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service to our customers and drive online sales.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field and diploma in marketing.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing.

Skills:

Proficiency with eCommerce platforms.

Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing techniques.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or other reporting tools.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).

Knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Familiarity with email marketing tools .
