Job Description:-
a) Job Title : Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary:-
Handling and managing accounts of e-commerce market places. Increase brand visibility and engagement through selling on e-commerce market. Order processing and product fulfilment. Maintain and organize information required in defined format and structure. Track & Record the Delivery Status & Order Payments, Returns and Damaged products. Coordinate with Delivery Partners for daily pickup and queries as submitted by customer care executives. Maintain and establish harmonious work relationships with vendors. Responsible for new e-business partners and retaining the existing business partners.
KRA:-
a) Addition of new products.
b) Trend analysis on trending product categories and products.
c) Day to day order fulfilment, tracking and customer care follow up.
d) Ensure procurement/storage/dispatch of required inventory to the market places to avoid stock out.
e) Create shipment for dispatch of inventory.
f) Generate shipping labels and Warehouse Work Orders before dispatch of consignment.
g) Track shipments in transit till delivery.
h) Take corrective action for stranded inventory.
i) Relocate stranded inventory to other warehouses.
j) Identify and list country specific regulations, restrictions, documentary compliances and limits for sale of listed products in the targeted geographies.
k) Maintain and coordinate the availability of packing and shipping material from registered e-commerce platforms.
l) Prepare SOP and workflow charts for all activities related to the role.
Skills & Qualifications:-
a) Qualification - Any Graduate must
b) Experience - 1 to 3 years past experience of working in an E-commerce company.
c) Research oriented and analytical mindset
d) Very good communication skills in written and spoken English
e) Good proficiency in MS Office and Excel
f) Ability to multitask following defined processes
