We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital marketing, and customer service. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Manage E-Commerce Platforms: Oversee and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Meesho , Shopify, eBay, etc.).
Product Upload and Optimization: Ensure product information is accurate, detailed, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Upload new products, update existing listings, and manage inventory.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely processing and shipping of customer orders. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries regarding orders.
Sales and Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and conversion rates. Recommend improvements for better sales performance.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, advertising campaigns, and social media strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Inventory Management: Work with the supply chain team to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are restocked in a timely manner.
Reporting and Analytics: Regularly prepare reports on e-commerce metrics such as sales performance, traffic sources, and customer behavior insights.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest e-commerce trends, technology, and best practices to ensure the company stays competitive in the market.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (1-5 years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Meesho , WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
