• Manage incoming orders and issue invoices using the Zoho CRM.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders.

• Record, Manage, and Track shipments.

• Coordinate with courier company for proper delivery.

• Address post-sales queries and escalate to the appropriate department.

• speak to customer and inform them about order status , resolve queries and disputes.
