About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly efficient Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director of a luxury bridal and party wear label. The role requires someone capable of handling a variety of responsibilities across administrative, operational, and personal domains. The ideal candidate will bring structure, clarity, and consistency to the MD’s workflow and communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and day-to-day scheduling
• Handle internal and external communication, including drafting and managing email correspondence
• Maintain and update a Delegation & Follow-Up Sheet to track all tasks and deadlines
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of assigned work
• Assist with research, documentation, report creation, and drafting official communication
• Organize travel bookings, appointments, and manage personal errands on behalf of the MD
• Oversee coordination with the office runner to complete on-ground tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Provide logistical and administrative support for hiring, including background checks and coordination
• Act as a communication bridge between the MD and the team, ensuring follow-through and clarity

Qualifications & Requirements
• Graduate, preferably from a Secretarial College
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator, supporting senior leadership
• Excellent command over English (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), Word, Outlook
• Strong online research skills and familiarity with using Google effectively
• Knowledge of shorthand is an advantage
• Should demonstrate maturity, discretion, and a high level of integrity
• Must be task-focused, consistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Should be able to handle both professional and personal responsibilities efficiently
• Preferably married with children, bringing maturity and life balance to the role
• Should reside within 45 minutes of Santacruz East, Mumbai
• Must have a stable work history with demonstrated loyalty and reliability
