Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
Project Support: Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
Office Management: Oversee administrative tasks such as expense reporting, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
