Executive Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at VIVO LIFE SCIENCES PVT LTD in Secunderabad located at Sainikpuri. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• He/she has to make sure the accurate database of TTH activities.

• Should handle Return of Investment reports and follow-up for accurate data.

• Organize and maintain physical & digital data of doctors and customers through portal.

• Support various ad-hoc tasks assigned and having good knowledge in Excel.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain Confidentiality and Sensitive information.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with Grad & Post Grad & 6 months -1 years of experience in Data Entry/Back Office, who are proficient in Excel. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
