MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS professional is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisions, ensuring efficient data processing, and maintaining accurate reports. The role involves working with various software tools, databases, and reporting systems to improve organizational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools.

• Analyze business data and generate insights to support management decision-making.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and databases.

• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.

• Maintain and improve MIS systems for better performance.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for MIS-related queries.

• Generate dashboards and data visualization reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with company data security and confidentiality policies.

Experience: 0-1yr

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of database management and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
