Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient MIS Executive to manage and optimize our data management and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:
MIS Report Development: Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive MIS reports using Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring they meet business needs.
Report Automation: Automate reports, dashboards, and data processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Advanced Excel Functions: Utilize advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros, and VBA scripting/Apps Scripting for automation and reporting.
Google Sheets Scripting: Leverage Google Apps Script to automate data processing and reporting tasks.
Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive business insights that assist in decision-making.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with various departments to gather and consolidate data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Custom Scripting & Applications: Develop custom scripts and applications that streamline data processing and improve reporting efficiency.
Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
Database Management: Assist in managing and optimizing databases to support efficient data flow.
Report Generation: Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by management to support strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script, Python, or other scripting languages for process automation.
Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Data Accuracy: Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
