Key Responsibilities:

✅ Data Management: Maintain, update, clean, and organize datasets for business operations.
✅ MIS Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and operations teams.
✅ Data Analysis & Validation: Identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
✅ Automation & Optimization: Use Excel Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and Google Sheets to streamline reporting.
✅ KPI & Performance Tracking: Monitor key business metrics and present insights to the leadership team.
✅ Records Management: Maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring easy accessibility.
✅ Dashboard Development: Create interactive dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.

✅ Confidential Data Handling: Manage sensitive information while following data security protocols.

Job Requirements:

🔹 Education: Postgraduate degree preferred.
🔹 Experience: 2 - 6 years in Data Processing, MIS Reporting, Back-Office Operations, or Data Analytics.
🔹 Technical Skills:
✔️ Advanced MS Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, Charts)
✔️ MIS Reporting & Business Intelligence (Power BI, Google Data Studio, SQL - Preferred)
✔️ Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with high accuracy
✔️ Data Cleaning & Transformation: Ability to clean, structure, and process large datasets
✔️ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills to extract insights from data
✔️ Automation & Scripting (Basic knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA is a plus)
✔️ Strong Organizational & Time-Management Skills to handle multiple tasks
