Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to create meaningful insights and reports.

2. MIS Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support business decision-making.

3. Data Visualization: Create interactive and dynamic dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

4. Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

5. Stakeholder Support: Provide MIS support to stakeholders, including training and guidance on MIS tools and reports.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve MIS processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

7. Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related field.

3. Skills: Proficient in data analysis, data visualization, and database management. Experience with MIS tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Certifications: Certifications in data analysis, data visualization, or related field.

2. Programming Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
