Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team at IMS Decimal in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes within the organization. You will play a crucial role in creating insightful reports and dashboards that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports and dashboards to support various departments within the company.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP to analyze and manipulate data effectively.

• Create and manage Pivot Tables for summarizing large datasets and generating meaningful insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide accurate and timely reporting.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business strategy and operational improvements.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed to support business initiatives.

• Assist in training team members on using dashboards and data analysis tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard creation is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
