MIS Executive

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with a strong background in e-commerce and logistics to join our team. This role involves downloading orders from our panel, performing complex data sorting and filtration, and applying logistical reasoning to ensure orders are processed with zero waste from the initial level. The ideal candidate understands the inner workings of logistics companies, can handle a team efficiently, and is adept at managing complex data-driven processes.

Job Requirements -

Minimum 2-4 years in logistics finance/accounting

Industry Preference: Logistics Aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees)

Key Responsibilities

• Order Filtration & Data Management:

  • Download orders from the panel and process them through a multi-layered, complex filtration system.

  • Sort and filter large volumes of data according to predefined criteria, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Apply critical logistical reasoning to manage order workflow and ensure seamless operations.

• E-commerce & Logistics Integration:

  • Leverage experience in both e-commerce and logistics to understand and streamline the data management process.

  • Analyze order data to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that every order meets quality and operational standards.

• Team Management & Process Oversight:

  • Lead and guide the team responsible for order processing and filtration, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

  • Develop and implement strategies to eliminate waste and inefficiencies at the initial processing level.

  • Monitor team performance and conduct training sessions to keep everyone updated on best practices and system updates.

• Quality Assurance & Zero Waste Commitment:

  • Ensure meticulous tracking of orders to prevent any waste and maintain a high level of process integrity.

  • Identify potential issues at level 1 and implement corrective measures immediately.

  • Maintain robust documentation and prepare MIS reports to continuously track process performance.
