MIS Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing logistics data, preparing reports, tracking shipments, and supporting the logistics team with accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports.

• Track shipments and coordinate with transport and warehouse teams.

• Analyze data to monitor key logistics KPIs.

• Maintain shipment documentation and support compliance processes.

• Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Skills Required:

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Macros).

• 1–2 years of logistics or MIS experience.

• Knowledge of shipment tracking and inventory management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
