🔹 Job Role:

• Book and manage courier shipments using partner platforms.

• Coordinate with customers and carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.

• Track shipments, monitor delays, and provide real-time updates.

• Resolve operational issues related to delayed shipments.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and client interactions.

• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and follow-ups.

• Take quotes from different vendors to compare pricing and services.

• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.

• Prepare reports on shipments, service issues, and performance.

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Education: Minimum 12th pass
✅ Experience: 1 year in operations (preferred)
✅ Skills: Must know MS Excel, basic English communication
✅ Location: Candidates staying near Virar preferred
