Answer phone calls and manage emails

Roles & Responsibility :

Internal coordination

Collaborate with management for effective communication and reporting
Promote collaboration and teamwork across departments
Collaborate with various departments for accuracy in work
Manage documentation and coordination for university visits and examinations
Update CRM- WO, Tickets as per TAT and in Realtime
University Visits as per the requirement
