JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Operation Executive
LOCATION: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
SHIFT: Monday to Sunday – 10AM to 6:30PM with (Tuesday week-Off)
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Chat & Call Support to Users:
· Offer real-time assistance to users experiencing problems or issues with the app through chat and call support channels.
· Address user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on using app features effectively.
2. Reply to Raised Tickets:
· Monitor and respond to tickets raised by users through the app's support system or other channels.
· Investigate the nature of each ticket, gather necessary information, and provide timely and accurate responses or resolutions.
· Keep track of ticket status and follow up with users to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
3. Take Quick Action on Policy Violations:
· Monitor user activity on the app to identify any violations of app policies or terms of service.
· Take swift and appropriate action to address policy violations, which may include issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or banning users if necessary.
· Maintain records of policy violations and actions taken for reference and reporting purposes.
4. Resolve Issues Between Users & Consultants:
· Act as a mediator to resolve disputes or conflicts that arise between users and consultants during consultations or interactions on the app.
· Listen to both parties' perspectives, gather relevant information, and facilitate a fair and satisfactory resolution.
· Provide guidance to both users and consultants on how to improve communication and address concerns effectively.
5. Managing User Data:
· Ensure the security and confidentiality of user data in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of user interactions, feedback, and support tickets for tracking and analysis purposes.
· Handle user data responsibly and ethically, adhering to established data management protocols and procedures.
6. Initiate Appropriate Refunds:
· Evaluate refund requests submitted by users and determine eligibility based on app policies and terms.
· Process refund transactions ensuring users receive appropriate compensation for any valid claims.
· Keep detailed records of refund requests, approvals, and transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
7. Miscellaneous task
Requirements:
· Decision making & problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize the work.
