Designation: Operations Executive

Company Overview: Our client is a fast-growing company in the Corporate Gifting segment, offering innovative and customized solutions to clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries.
Handle order processing – input orders, verify pricing, discounts, and product codes, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including handling complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Respond to urgent queries via phone, email, or messages, especially when sales representatives are unavailable.
Maintain accurate sales records, develop filing systems, and assist in preparing regular reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
1–3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination or operations support role.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Awareness of industry trends and basic understanding of commercial operations.
