Job Summary:
Candidate will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operational processes. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with various vendors & internal team members to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports using MS Office tools.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in operations management.
• Skills: o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
