Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate asset verification activities performed by field executives, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct periodic audits and reconcile asset records to ensure alignment with physical assets.
· Ensure field executives collect complete, accurate, and compliant documentation from clients and stakeholders.
· Review and validate documents received from field executives to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous.
· Experience: Minimum of 6 months or more of experience in asset management, operations, or related roles within a Bank or NBFC. Experience in managing field teams is a plus.
