Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Case Assignment and Management:
- Onboard a minimum of 3 to 5 Fintech Correspondents (FCs) daily.
-Assign a minimum of 10 cases to Fintech Correspondents (FCs) according to their PIN code daily.
-Keep an eye on the allocated cases' development and follow up to ensure they are executed within TAT.
2. Coordination with Field Correspondents:
-Train FCs regarding various processes.
-Convince FCs to accept and complete assigned cases.
-Respond to any queries and provide technical assistance to FCs about case assignments.
-Give FCs the assistance and knowledge they need to expedite the resolution of cases.
3. Performance Tracking:
-Maintain a record of assigned cases' status and make sure that deadlines are fulfilled.
-Ensure that case assignments and completions are accurately and currently stored in the database.
-Create reports on case assignment and completion metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
4. Administrative Support:
- Update case files and ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (V-lookup), Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases effectively.
- Persuasive skills to engage FCs and ensure case completion.
