  Be a part of the Operations team / Team lead for operations.

• Responding to client queries & ensures they are completed in time.

• Handling enquiries with an appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques

• Upload rates and inventory for self contracted hotels.

• Handling the entire reservation process and ensure that the data is correctly entered into the system

• Interacting with clients to assist them with doubts or queries

• Interact with suppliers for amendments, modifications, refunds or client service issues

• Manage traveler issues arising during the trip

• Participate in office administration & supplier relationship.
