1) managing the procurement of general store material and mechanical spares for the company

2) ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

3) include such as researching and sourcing new suppliers, negotiating and managing purchase orders

4) Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures

5) collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisitions

6) negotiate and finalize the deal under the guidance of the reporting manager

7) making a comparison of received quotations for rate, quality for analysis and finalization

8) preparing purchase orders in tally prime and ansa system

9) follow up on delivery schedules, payment delays and invoice queries

10) maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system

11) Reconciliations of supplier payments in coordination with the accounts deparment
