We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Associate to join our team located at Bhubaneswar. Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and process purchase orders Maintain records of purchase orders, receipts, payments, and all transactions Schedule and verify purchase deliveries Monitor the procurement budget and expenditure Find the most reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality suppliersNegotiate prices and contracts with suppliersDetermine purchase needs and monitor inventory levelsResolve issues with suppliers related to quality, service, supply, and invoicesKey Skills:Bachelor’s degreeStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsKnowledge of procurementExperience in construction or interior company will be an advantage
