Purchase Executive

We are hiring a Purchase Executive to join Automobile manufacturing industry in Pune, Ranjangaon. This role involves managing Purchase , inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team.

Support regular OE buying in Electrical, Interior & Exterior commodities.

Assist in supplier onboarding during new developments, including supplier assessments and documentation.

Facilitate CAPEX PO settlement in collaboration with commodity buyers for new and existing projects.

Monitor serial buying activities, analyze market trends, and manage periodic price amendments for raw materials.

Ensure smooth PR to PO process execution and procurement cycle management.

Manage optimum inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted regular supplies.

Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including SCM, Quality, and Finance.

Prepare purchase orders, compile reports, and maintain digital and physical records for audit compliance.

Handle PO/SLA creation and coordinate with Finance for audits, GRN processing, and payment releases.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline or a technical field (preferred in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Engineering).

2-3 yrs of Experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and SAP operations.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and procurement tools.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
