Purchase Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Executive to expand our network of recyclers, drive EPR credit sales, and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Procurement & Vendor Management:
· Identify, evaluate, and on-board reliable suppliers/vendors for raw materials, equipment, and services.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.
· Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any procurement-related issues.
✅ Lead Generation & Business Growth:
Identify potential recyclers and generate independent leads to increase EPR credit sales and market share.
Track recycler activities, ensure compliance, and maintain a proactive follow-up approach.
✅ Purchase Planning & Inventory Control:
· Assess purchase requirements based on demand, inventory levels, and business needs.
· Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
✅ Order Management & Documentation:
· Process purchase orders, maintain records, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
· Verify invoices, delivery notes, and purchase agreements for accuracy and compliance.
✅ Relationship & Contract Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with recyclers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Assist in negotiating contracts & agreements, ensuring fair and profitable terms.
✅ Operational & Documentation Excellence:
Oversee onboarding, agreements, and ensure smooth dispatch operations with proper documentation (DC, E-way bills, etc.).
Maintain MIS reports, track performance, and provide valuable insights to senior management.
Work closely with recyclers, telecallers, and internal teams to resolve queries and streamline processes.
✅ Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Manage and guide the procurement team, allocate tasks, and update management on ongoing activities.
Support the Procurement Head in closing high-potential leads and expanding business opportunities.
✅ Compliance & Reporting:
· Ensure all purchases align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
· Prepare and maintain MIS reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
