Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
Place and track orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage vendor performance.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any procurement-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control strategies.
