Key Responsibilities:

📞 Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

📩 Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns professionally.

📋 Maintain records of conversations and update CRM/software.

💬 Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

🎯 Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

👥 Work closely with the sales/marketing team for lead generation.

Requirements & Skills:
