Tally Operator

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders, sales orders, and receipts into the ERP system.

• Generate sales invoices based on the packing list and order details, including taxes, shipping charges, and payment terms.

• Verify the details of invoices, product quantities, and prices to avoid discrepancies.

• Create a detailed packing list for dispatch, including product description, quantities, and packaging instructions.

• Ensure the timely and accurate generation of E-Way Bills and E-Invoices for compliance with tax regulations.

• Ensure consistency between sales orders, packing lists, and invoices to avoid errors.

• Verify & Review Stock entries made by assistant operators in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and consistency in inventory records.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or Graduate

• 1+ years of experience in Billing & Stock Management

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred:

Experience with Billing & Stock Management.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Tally ERP System: Make accurate entries in the Tally ERP system.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Shift: Rotation

Shift Hrs -9 hours

Week Off: Sunday
