Tender Bidding Executive

Job Summary:

Orical Technology LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Bidding Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying suitable tenders, preparing and submitting bid documents, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. You’ll work closely with internal teams to participate in government and private sector tenders effectively.

Freshers and 12th Pass candidates are welcome to apply! Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and analyze government and private tenders from various portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP, E-procurement sites).

Prepare and submit bid documents as per the tender requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments for necessary documentation and approvals.

Upload documents and manage online bidding on portals like GEM and other platforms.

Track tender submissions, results, and maintain proper records.

Assist in vendor registration, tender result analysis, and compliance processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any field (B.Com, BBA, or similar)

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided

Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Internet usage

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Experience or internship in data entry, admin, or tendering roles

Familiarity with GEM portal or government procurement processes
