Skin Cosmetic Treatment Assistant

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of skin health and aesthetics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to deliver customized skincare treatments to help clients achieve their desired results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional consultations and skin analysis to determine clients' skincare needs.

• Perform a range of facial and body treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, mask application, facial massage, and advanced therapies (as certified).

• Recommend appropriate skincare treatments and personalized homecare routines.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in treatment rooms and workstations.

• Educate clients on skincare routines, sun protection, and lifestyle factors affecting skin health.

• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and treatment techniques.

• Manage client treatment records and maintain confidentiality.

• Ensure proper care, cleaning, and sterilization of tools and equipment.

• Upsell skincare retail products and promote ongoing treatment packages.

• Address client concerns professionally and adjust treatments as necessary for client satisfaction.

• Assist with front desk tasks such as appointment scheduling and product inventory (if required).

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and promotional events.

  Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.

  • Valid esthetician/skin therapist license (as required by local regulations).

  • Proven experience in facial and body treatments within a spa, clinic, or wellness setting.

  • Strong product knowledge in skincare brands and treatments.

  • Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and customer service skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays (if required).
