Job Summary: Maliwale Nursery is seeking a friendly and efficient Cash Counter to join our team. As a Cash Counter, you will be responsible for handling customer transaction

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Customer Transactions: Handle customer purchases, process payments, and issue receipts.

2. Manage Cash and Credit Sales: Manage cash and credit transactions, count change, and balance cash drawer.

3. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.

4. Maintain Cash Counter Area: Keep the cash counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

5. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Khatarwale products/services.

6. Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on existing customer relationships.

7. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

8. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of visit schedule.

9. Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

1. Education: Transfer Certificate (TC) in any stream.

2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.

3. Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Availability: Available to work varied shifts, Saturday and Sunday.

Working Conditions:

1. Work Environment: The Cash Counter will work in a nursery setting, surrounded by plants and gardening supplies.

2. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS.
