Job Title: Commis 1
Location: Delhi, Kapashera
Department: Central Kitchen
Reports To: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef

Role Brief:
We are looking to hire a Commis 1 for various locations across Pan India. The role is to assist in preparing food in the kitchen under the supervision of Chefs.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the food preparation process.
Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.
Helping with deliveries and restocking.
Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations.
Contributing to maintaining kitchen, food safety standards, and hygiene.
Adhering to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labeling and dating, cleaning schedules, and hygiene regulations at all times, ensuring that all records are maintained.
Candidate Profile:
2-3 years of experience in a kitchen assisting chefs, preferably in continental cuisine.
High level of attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively in a kitchen environment.
Team player.
Excellent knife skills.
Preferred: Culinary certificate from a recognized institution.
